Air conditioner will not blow enough cold air. You have to be right under/over the vent in order to feel the air. It's been like this for about a week.

My 20 yr old York AC /gas furnace just stopped working. It is the basement unit. There is an attic unit for the upstairs. Both units are 3 ton, 70,000 BTU. I would like to replace the basement unit with something with a higher SEER rating, and a 2 stage furnace. Later this year I will probably replace the attic unit.

the a/c unit blowing air only. I went outside to check on the unit, the unit is making noise but the fan is not turning and the unit was hot.

we have a split air conditioning system that needs to be replaced with indoor fan motor and move the outside unit into the ground. It's a soleus split AC and we ordered the part. is this something that you can service ??
